Ingenium AI Group is launching AI Workshops, an AI training track for teams and departments inside larger organisations, run in partnership with Roddy Digital. We are based in Cardiff and deliver across South Wales and the wider UK, on site or remotely.
What AI Workshops is, and why now
AI Workshops is a working session, not a lecture. A team spends the day finding the bottleneck that is costing them the most time, looking at the tools that are actually worth using in 2026, building something live against a real task, and leaving with a 90-day plan they can act on.
We are launching it now because of a pattern in the conversations we have. Organisations have bought access to AI tools and then found nothing much changed. The gap is rarely the tool. It is that nobody has mapped the work, chosen where to start, or given a team the time and the confidence to build something small that works. That is what this fixes.
Why it is not generic corporate AI training
Most corporate AI training is bought in from a training broker and delivered by someone who does not build AI systems. Ours is written and delivered by the people who do. We build Optaris, our spatial intelligence platform, BrickStack, our AI property intelligence platform, and applied AI systems for organisations through our Strategic AI Solutions work.
That means the examples come from deployment rather than a syllabus, including the parts that did not work first time. It also means we are honest about the limits. Our four principles are Human First, Responsible Power, Clarity Over Complexity and Built For Good, and a room full of people being sold certainty about AI fails all four.
The two tiers
AI Workshops: Foundations for Enterprise is a half day workshop covering the four core modules with a general curriculum. It is the low risk way to start. A team gets a shared vocabulary, a clear view of the current tool landscape and a plan, without a large commitment up front.
AI Workshops: Bespoke for Enterprise is private and tailored. After a discovery call we rebuild the curriculum around your own tools, workflows and industry, and scope the engagement to fit. Some organisations need a full day. Others need a rollout across several departments. This is for teams ready to change how the work actually gets done.
Both tiers run the same four part core curriculum. Bespoke adapts it to you. Pricing is confirmed on your call, because the shape of the engagement decides it.
