Ingenium AI Group

AI WorkshopsAI training for enterprise teams.

AI Workshops is enterprise AI training built and delivered by the team behind our own AI platforms. A working session for teams and departments inside larger organisations, run in partnership with Roddy Digital.

Why we run this

Taught by the people who build the systems.

This is not a course bought in from a training broker. It is drawn from the work we do the rest of the week.

Optaris

Spatial intelligence deployed across live sites, where the cost of a wrong signal is measured in safety, not clicks.

BrickStack

AI property intelligence built on public data, where every figure has to trace back to a named source.

Strategic AI Solutions

Applied AI and automation inside organisations, where adoption depends on the people using it.

What we teach is what we have had to get working in deployment, including the parts that did not work first time.

Two tiers

Start light, or go deep from day one.

Both tiers run the same four part core curriculum. Bespoke adapts it to your organisation.

Foundations

AI Workshops: Foundations for Enterprise

Who it is for
Teams and departments taking a first structured look at AI together, where a lighter commitment is the right place to begin.
Format
A half day workshop, on site or remote, delivered to your team.
The curriculum
The four core modules, delivered generically. Strong general examples rather than material rebuilt around one organisation.
Bespoke

AI Workshops: Bespoke for Enterprise

Who it is for
Organisations ready to change how a department actually works, including multi team and multi site rollouts.
Format
Private and scoped per engagement after a discovery call. Some organisations need a full day, others a phased rollout.
The curriculum
The same four modules, rebuilt around your own tools, workflows and industry, using your real bottlenecks as the worked examples.
What the day covers

Four modules, in this order.

The sequence matters. Tools come after the problem, and the plan comes after the build.

01

Find Your Bottleneck

A framework for finding the one thing costing the business the most time, before anyone touches a tool.

02

The 2026 AI Tool Stack

A live, current view of what is worth using this year, grouped by the job it does rather than by vendor.

03

Build It Yourself

A working lab session, not a demo. Attendees leave the room with something they built and can use.

04

Your 90-Day Action Plan

Three prioritised things to implement next, with an owner and an order of play for each.

How it runs

From first call to 90-day plan.

1
Discovery call

We talk through your teams, your tools and what you want to change. Scope and pricing are agreed here.

2
Session design

We set the shape of the day. For Bespoke, we rebuild the examples around your own workflows and sector.

3
Delivery

A working session with your team, on site or remotely, led by people who build enterprise AI systems.

4
Build lab

Attendees build something live against a real task from their own week, with us in the room.

5
90-day plan

Each team leaves with three prioritised actions and a written summary you can share internally.

FAQ

Questions we get asked.

How is this different from generic corporate AI training?

We build enterprise AI systems for a living. The material comes from deployment work rather than a purchased syllabus, and the examples are ones we have had to make work in production.

How many people should attend, and who from?

It works best with a single team or department in the room, typically eight to twenty people. Mix the people doing the work with the person who can approve a change, otherwise the 90-day plan stalls.

Is it delivered on site or remotely?

Either. We deliver on site across Cardiff, South Wales and the wider UK, and remotely for distributed teams or multi-site rollouts.

What do attendees need to bring or prepare?

A laptop, access to the tools they use day to day, and one real task from their own week. The build lab uses live work rather than an invented exercise.

What happens after the workshop?

You keep the 90-day plan and the material. Many organisations then move into our Strategic AI Solutions work, where we help implement what the plan identified. There is no obligation to.

How does pricing work?

Scoped and confirmed on your call. Foundations is a fixed half day session, and Bespoke is scoped per engagement, so we agree the shape and the cost together before anything is booked.

How does Bespoke discovery work?

We start with a call covering your tools, workflows, industry constraints and what a good outcome looks like. We then rebuild the curriculum around that and come back with a scope.

Can Foundations lead into Bespoke later?

Yes. Foundations is designed as a low commitment starting point, and plenty of organisations use it to decide whether deeper, tailored work is worth doing.

Let us scope it on a call.

There is no checkout. We talk first, agree the shape of the session and confirm pricing, then book it in.
